Weather wise, 2018’s skipping day in Scarborough was the complete opposite to last year. Holy crap was it cold! I think it’s going to take a while for my camera harness and bag to dry out from all the rain. If you saw my pictures from last year you’ll remember the balmy sunshine and ice cream. No such luck this year, gloves, hats and hot chips were the order of the day.
There was still a good turnout though with people out braving the elements, you can see when the rain came down half way through the pancake race. Not that it was going to stop Scarborough’s top tossers and skipping stars!
